- Open the App
- Go to the Main Menu
- Select Bills and Payments
- Select the duration of the Bill. You can generate a statement for a maximum period of 12 months.
You can directly download the statement or you can request the statement through the registered E-mail ID.

You can also download the VI Postpaid Duplicate bill from the official website of VI. Follow the Simple steps to download the duplicate bill online.
- Open the official website of VI.
- Select Postpaid from the main menu.
- Click on the Pay Bill Online.
- On the bill payment page Enter your Mobile Number and Postpaid bill amount.
- Click on the Fetch and Download your Postpaid Mobile Bill.
- You can download your bill.
3. Request Duplicate Bill through SMS
The other way to generate your bill is by submitting a request through SMS. You can submit various requests by sending an SMS to 199 (toll-free).
